  We have just had our downstairs carpets and stairs cleaned by Julian and we were so impressed I left compelled to write this review before they are even fully... read more dry! We’ve had the same cream carpets down since the house was built 17 years ago which had seen two families with young children use and abuse them on a daily basis therefore I really wasn’t holding out much hope for them coming clean. Other cheaper companies had refused to even try to clean them as they were too old and would take more work than they wanted to bother with. The carpets had stains that we had tried to clean using a dr beckham spray but doing this only ended up spreading the stain further or cleaning the stain which then made the area look worse as the rest of the carpet was dirty. We even bought a carpet cleaner to try and clean the carpets ourselves and after spending hours and hours trying to clean them we only had minimal results. We we were surprising impressed by Maple Leaf carpet cleaning and wished we had booked this company and got this done sooner. Julian worked extremely hard and tirelessly all day trying his upmost to get the carpets as clean as he possibly could. Originally we had only booked him to do one/two rooms but as he had done such an amazing job of one room I asked him to clean two more rooms and a rug as well. Both Julian and Dawn were very helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating I will definitely be using them again and without a doubt would recommend them to others.

  EDIT Unfortuntely didn't recieve a carpet clean today, due to poor communication. I asked to be contacted 30 mins prior to the service arriving. However it was "forgotton", unfortuntely I am... read more in between houses hence asking for a call prior to the clean. I had a delivery at my new house I rushed back for but figured I would not miss them as they hadn't called. I believe they did show up potentially on time, however did not follow which was initially asked. I am sure the company clean carpets well, however more care should be taken with communication.
